Active Monitoring

Know the moment
something changes.

Wireless sensors embedded in your building assembly measure moisture, humidity, and temperature continuously and alert you the moment conditions deviate, before damage leads to large expenses.

into® sensor installed inside building assembly

Moisture damage is rarely sudden. It accumulates inside the structure, silently, over weeks or months. into® technology gives you visibility where it matters with real-time data from inside the building assembly, and an instant alert when something goes wrong.

A network of sensors, one intelligent platform.

Wireless into® sensors install at strategic points inside the structure — roofs, walls, floors, shafts, wet rooms — measuring relative humidity, temperature, and water presence continuously.

The into® Control System (iCS) combines sensor data with local weather and uses AI to calculate context, not just flag numbers. It determines whether a reading is a genuine deviation from normal or expected variation.

When conditions turn critical, the right people are alerted immediately. Historical trends and reports are always accessible, providing a complete picture of how the assembly evolves across seasons.

Anywhere moisture causes damage.

The into® sensor system is designed for any building assembly where moisture ingress is a risk and early detection has value.

Flat roofs, ceilings, walls and floors, shafts and pipelines, wet rooms and kitchens, wood structures, drainage and gutters.

Full Roof Control

Combine Controlit® and into® technologies to transform the roof from a passive assembly into a permanently testable and actively monitored system.

Controlit® enables repeatable ELD verification throughout the building lifecycle.

into® sensors monitor the full roof assembly continuously and alert you to abnormal moisture conditions before they develop into larger failures.

Permanently testable. Actively monitored. Fully protected.

Common questions about monitoring.

What does a moisture monitoring system actually measure?

The into® sensors measure three parameters: the presence of liquid water (moisture), relative humidity, and temperature. These three data points together allow the system to distinguish between normal variation and genuine moisture ingress.

How long do the sensors last?

The into® Sensor Plus has a 30-year battery life. The standard into® Sensor has a 10-year battery life. Both are designed for installation in closed or inaccessible building assemblies where replacement is not practical.

Can sensors be installed in an existing building?

Yes. Sensors can be installed during construction or retrofit. In existing buildings, installation is typically done through access points, during refurbishment, or at natural maintenance intervals. We assess feasibility on a project basis.

What happens when the system detects a problem?

An alert is sent immediately via SMS, email, or API to whoever is designated in the system. The cloud dashboard shows which sensor triggered, the current readings, and the trend leading up to the event.

Can the system integrate with our BMS?

Yes. The into® Control System supports BMS integration via API, allowing alerts and data to feed directly into your existing building management infrastructure.

Is monitoring a replacement for regular inspections?

No — it is complementary. Monitoring covers the continuous period between inspections and provides early warning. Inspections, and for roofs, ELD integrity testing, remain the method for precisely locating and confirming the source of any problem.
